Must haves: To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following: The desire to reach individual and store targets on a weekly and monthly basis Great listening skills, with the ability to understand and relate to the needs of different customers The desire to help customers by exceeding their expectations An outgoing and enthusiastic personality It would be great if you also had some of the following: Retail or other frontline customer service experience Self motivation and the ability to encourage others
